Attorney Hrones has pursued appeals in the state and federal courts for 30 years. He has succeeded in overturning many convictions on appeal. His vigorous and dedicated advocacy has earned him recognition in receiving the Edward J. Duggan private Counsel Award for Zealous Advocacy from the Committee for Public Counsel Services in 2000.

Mr. Hrones prevailed in proving his client's innocence and recently, Mr. Hrones has obtained the release of three other innocent persons who had been wrongfully convicted and imprisoned. He is now representing some of these innocent persons in seeking compensation for their wrongful imprisonment through federal civil right actions and state statutory remedies.
